Our shop is in Los Angeles — the gear is ours, maintained by the crew that runs it. Everything below is a market we load into, with the same inventory and the same standard on the floor.

How it works out of market
Same crew on the plane. Same gear on the truck.
We are not a broker with a partner in each city. When your show is outside Los Angeles, the wall, the truss, the consoles and the technician all travel from our shop — which is why the spec you approved is the spec that turns up.
Travel is its own line
Freight, crew travel and lodging are itemized in the quote before you book, priced from routes we actually run — never discovered on the invoice afterwards.
The site walk still happens
Out-of-market shows get the same walk-through of power, rigging points, sightlines and load-in paths. Remotely where it has to be, in person when the build justifies it.
Local rules, planned for
Union jurisdictions, marshalling yards, permit conditions and load-in windows differ by city. Each market page below says what changes and why.
