02

White-Glove, Start to Finish

We don’t just drop off equipment — we engineer the full experience. Our crew manages design, setup, programming, and teardown so you never lift a finger.

03

Trusted by Global Icons

Our LED production has powered experiences for Netflix, Universal, Adidas, Hilton, and more. When top brands need show-stopping visuals, they call us.

04

Transparent, Upfront Pricing

No surprise fees. No fine print. Just clear quotes with flexible packages that scale to your event and budget. LED wall rentals typically start at $5,000.

How we work

Quote. Site walk. Build. Show.

A process built so nothing is left to chance between the booking and the strike.

Quote

Tell us the venue, the date, and the scope. We come back fast with a clear, itemized quote — no guesswork, no padding.

Site Walk

We walk the venue or the plans — power, rigging points, sightlines, load-in paths. The spec on paper matches what shows up.

Build

Every wall and rig is tested in our shop before it leaves. We deliver, rig, and program ahead of doors — never against the clock.

Show

A dedicated tech stays on-site for the full run of show — content, redundancy, real-time fixes. We stay through strike.

Outdoor is where cheap walls fall apart. Ours don’t.

Sunlight, wind, and rain each end shows on their own — an outdoor build has to beat all three at once. Ours arrive daylight-readable, weather-sealed, and standing on structure that was engineered for the gust, not the average — with redundant power, a written weather plan, and a technician on-site through strike. One itemized quote covers the wall, the structure, the power, and the crew.

Included as standard

  • Delivery, rigging, and clean cable management
  • Redundant processing and power on critical systems
  • An on-site tech for the full run of show
  • A real rehearsal before doors — never against the clock
  • Strike and load-out by the same crew

Outdoors, answered

What does an outdoor LED wall have to survive?

Three things, and any one of them can end a show: sun, wind, and water. Outdoor is where cheap walls fall apart — the sun washes the image out at noon, a gust threatens an under-engineered rig, and one passing shower finds every unsealed connection. An outdoor build is speced against all three before it’s speced for anything else.

That’s why ours run 5,000+ nit weather-rated panels with auto-dimming — daylight-readable at midday without blinding the crowd after dark — on structures engineered for wind load with ballast calculated to your site, with IP-rated connections and protected cable runs so the forecast is something we built around, not something we hope cooperates. The wall that survives the conditions is the one that was engineered for them on paper, weeks before the truck rolled.

Sun

5,000+ nits with auto-dimming — content stays sharp in direct daylight and comfortable after sunset.

Wind

Structure engineered for the gust, not the average — ballast and rigging calculated to your site, not a template.

Water

Weather-rated panels, sealed connections, protected runs — a passing shower is a non-event, not an ending.

What does outdoors change about the build?

Outdoor LED Screen Rental in Los Angeles — Readable in full sun
Daylight

Readable in full sun

Standard indoor panels turn into a gray smudge at noon. Outdoor builds run high-brightness panels that punch through direct daylight, then dim automatically the moment the sun drops — so the picture reads at 1pm and doesn’t blind the front rows at 9.

  • Vivid in direct daylight
  • Auto-dimming day to night
  • High contrast against the sky
Outdoor LED Screen Rental in Los Angeles — Built for the forecast you can’t control
Weather

Built for the forecast you can’t control

Weather-sealed panels, covered connections, and cable runs that keep water out of the parts that end shows. Wind load is engineered on paper before the truck rolls, and a written weather plan is agreed before load-in — not improvised when the sky changes.

  • Weather-sealed builds
  • Wind-engineered structure & ballast
  • A written weather plan, agreed early
Outdoor LED Screen Rental in Los Angeles — Standing where there’s nothing to hang from
Structure

Standing where there’s nothing to hang from

Most outdoor sites have no rated steel overhead. We bring the structure: engineered ground-support towers with ballast calculated to the site and the season — plus our own power distribution when the venue is a field, a plaza, or a parking lot.

  • Engineered ground support
  • Ballast calculated to the site
  • Generator power with headroom

The gear on the truck

Built for sun, wind, and rain.

High-bright panels and weather-ready infrastructure, engineered for the site before the first truck loads.

High-bright LED panel
5,000+ nits

High-bright LED panel

Sunlight-beating cabinets at 5,000+ nits with auto-dimming from noon to night. The content reads at the back of the field, not just the front rail.

Weather-sealed cabinet
IP-rated

Weather-sealed cabinet

IP-rated, gasket-sealed panels with protected connectors that shrug off rain, dust, and humidity — built to keep running when the forecast refuses to cooperate.

Ground-support tower
Wind-rated

Ground-support tower

Self-climbing towers and goalpost spans engineered for wind load, with ballast and bracing sized to the site so a gust never threatens the wall.

Outdoor power distro
Redundant

Outdoor power distro

Weatherproof distribution with redundancy on critical circuits and clean grounding, so a wet stage and a long cable run never brown out the screen.

Brightness processor
Auto-dimming

Brightness processor

Light-sensing processing that rides brightness and color automatically as the sun moves, holding a consistent, glare-free image across the whole event.

IMAG side wings
Long-throw

IMAG side wings

High-nit side walls flanking the stage so the crowd at the back gets a clear, bright IMAG feed of everything happening front-of-house.

Know what you’re asking for

What an outdoor wall has to survive.

Outdoors, most of the specification is about sunlight, weather, and wind rather than resolution. Here’s what a Los Angeles open-air build actually involves, so nothing on the quote reads as padding. Everything below is ours, and it comes back to the shop for inspection after every outdoor show.

Brightness

High-brightness panel

Cabinets pushing 5,000 nits or more, built to hold an image against direct sun.

Ask for it when: Any daytime outdoor wall. This is the single decision that determines whether the screen is readable at all.

Weather

IP rating

The sealing standard for a cabinet — how well it keeps out rain and dust.

Ask for it when: Anything outdoors overnight or through a forecast. Indoor panels under a tarp are a gamble, not a spec.

Brightness

Auto-dimming

Light-sensing processing that rides brightness down as the sun sets, so the wall doesn’t blind the crowd after dark.

Ask for it when: Any event straddling daylight and night. Without it, a wall speced for noon is painful by nine.

Safety

Wind load

The force wind exerts on the wall’s surface — which acts like a sail — and the ballast that resists it.

Ask for it when: Every outdoor wall. It’s calculated for the actual site, and it sets the ballast and the take-down threshold.

Structure

Ground support tower

Free-standing towers or a goalpost span holding the wall where there’s nothing to fly from.

Ask for it when: Almost all outdoor builds. Engineered and weighted to real gust figures, not nominal ones.

Weather

Sealed connectors

Gasketed data and power connections that stay dry in rain and won’t corrode in coastal air.

Ask for it when: Any outdoor or waterfront build. Connectors fail long before panels do.

Power

Generator & distro

Your own power source and the distribution splitting it cleanly across the site.

Ask for it when: Most outdoor sites. Field and park power is for a coffee urn, not a video wall.

Siting

Sun angle

Where the sun will be relative to the screen at your actual start time.

Ask for it when: Before the wall position is locked. Rotating a wall thirty degrees can save more than upgrading the panels.

Weather

Rain covers

Fitted shrouds over processing, distro, and control positions.

Ask for it when: Any forecast with rain in it. Fitted in advance rather than improvised when the sky turns.

Site

Cable ramps

Covered ramps protecting cable runs where guests and vehicles cross them.

Ask for it when: Every outdoor site with public access — and frequently a permit condition rather than a nicety.

Content

Daylight content design

Content built with heavier type, higher contrast, and fewer fine details, so it survives being seen in sun.

Ask for it when: Any daytime wall. Content that reads beautifully in a dark ballroom disappears outdoors at noon.

Pricing, straight

Why does outdoor cost more than indoor?

Because outdoors, you’re not just paying for a wall — you’re paying for the sun-proofing, the structure, and the power that a venue would otherwise provide. Quotes diverge most on exactly these lines; here’s what moves the number.

Brightness tier

High-bright outdoor panels are a different product than indoor stock — daylight readability is what you’re paying for.

Weather rating & season

IP-rated panels, sealed distro, and a written weather plan — not a tarp and optimism.

Structure

Ground-support towers and ballast (with the engineering) when there’s no steel; simpler and cheaper when the venue has rated points.

Power source

Generator plus distribution when there’s no house power — sized with headroom, quoted up front.

Wind & permits

Exposed builds need ballast calcs and sometimes city sign-off; we produce the paperwork.

Every quote is itemized so you can see exactly what the outdoor premium buys — and compare any two vendors line by line.

The reliability question

What happens when the weather turns mid-show?

Outdoor shows don’t get to reschedule the sky. Every risk below has a plan attached before load-in — not a scramble after.

The picture disappears at noon

5,000+ nit panels speced for direct sun, with auto-dimming for after dark.

Weather rolls in an hour before doors

IP65-rated wall, sealed power, and a written rain plan agreed before load-in.

The venue has nothing to fly from

Engineered ground support with ballast calcs done before the truck rolls, not improvised on-site.

Power sags when the show peaks

Our own distro with headroom — never the venue’s wall outlets.
