Event types

Same crew. Same standard. Very different builds.

A keynote, a festival main stage and a wedding reception need different specs, different redundancy and different rehearsal time. What stays the same is who is accountable on the floor.

What changes between them

Three questions decide the spec.

Every one of these events gets the same gear and the same crew. What differs is what the show cannot afford to get wrong — and that is what the quote is actually built around.

Who the show is really for

A keynote is built for the camera and the back row; a gala is built for the room at the moment the doors open. That decision sets the LED pitch, the key light, and whether there is an IMAG package at all — before anyone talks budget.

How many shows are running at once

A concert is one room with one call. A multi-day conference is a dozen rooms on overlapping schedules, which turns the job into frequency coordination, crew scheduling, and a program feed from every session rather than a bigger rig.

What happens if a cue misses

A product reveal has one moment and no second take, so it gets redundant playback, a show caller, and a full cue-to-cue rehearsal. A reception can absorb a beat. We spec redundancy against the cost of the failure, not uniformly.

Why producers rebook us

Whatever the show is, the same person owns whether it works.

The question in a producer’s head isn’t “who has the best LED walls?” — it’s “who do I trust to not make me look bad?” Everything we do is built to answer that one question.

Tested in our shop first

Every wall and rig is powered up and checked the day before delivery — problems get found on our floor, not yours.

Redundant processing on every wall

Backup processing runs on every screen. If something fails mid-show, the audience never sees it.

A tech who stays through strike

A dedicated technician runs your show from load-in through the last cue — content, switching, real-time fixes.

The spec matches what shows up

What we quote is what rolls off the truck. No surprises at load-in, no quiet substitutions.

Tell us what kind of show it is.

Tell us the venue, the date, and the scope. We’ll come back fast with a clear quote — and a crew that shows up by call time.
