Yes. Each room gets its own encoder and operator, the venue circuit is sized for the aggregate rather than a single feed, and every stream is monitored from one central position so a problem in any room is spotted immediately.

Can you stream from a corporate campus with strict IT policy?

Yes, with the groundwork done ahead. Campus networks are often excellent but governed by policy about what may be connected, so we work that through with your IT team in advance and bring bonded cellular as an independent path where policy makes the internal network impractical.

Do you handle IMAG as well as streaming?

Yes, as one system. In wide, shallow DFW ballrooms most of the audience is watching a screen anyway, so the cameras are cut for the room and the remote audience together, with the wall, switcher, and encode run by a coordinated crew.

Dallas corporate programmes frequently stream a general session and multiple breakouts at the same time, which multiplies every point of failure. The plan has to cover all of them — bandwidth, encoders, operators, and a way to know instantly which room has a problem.

What changes about streaming a show in Dallas.

Concurrency is the defining constraint. Streaming several rooms at once means the venue’s circuit has to carry the aggregate, not just one feed — which is a conversation to have with the hotel weeks ahead, because the bandwidth that comfortably handles one session will not handle five. We size and order accordingly, and monitor every stream centrally so a problem in breakout three is visible immediately.

IMAG is usually part of it. Wide, shallow ballrooms mean much of the audience is watching a screen rather than the stage, so cameras serve the room and the remote audience simultaneously — and the wall, the switcher, and the encoder need to be run by people coordinating rather than by separate vendors.

And the venues vary widely across the metroplex. A downtown convention hotel can sell you a proper circuit; a corporate campus in Frisco may have excellent internal networking but strict IT policy about what you may plug into it. We resolve that with the client’s IT team ahead of time rather than at 7am on show day.
