How we work

Quote. Site walk. Build. Show.

A process built so nothing is left to chance between the booking and the strike.

Quote

Tell us the venue, the date, and the scope. We come back fast with a clear, itemized quote — no guesswork, no padding.

Site Walk

We walk the venue or the plans — power, rigging points, sightlines, load-in paths. The spec on paper matches what shows up.

Build

Every wall and rig is tested in our shop before it leaves. We deliver, rig, and program ahead of doors — never against the clock.

Show

A dedicated tech stays on-site for the full run of show — content, redundancy, real-time fixes. We stay through strike.

The render is the promise. The build is where vendors get separated.

Anyone can nod at a pitch deck; the question is whether the shape that wows the client on paper shows up in the room. We translate the render into a buildable, riggable plan, prototype the geometry in our LA shop, and map content to every face — so what stands on site is the design that got approved, running on redundant processing with a technician through strike.

Included as standard

  • Delivery, rigging, and clean cable management
  • Redundant processing and power on critical systems
  • An on-site tech for the full run of show
  • A real rehearsal before doors — never against the clock
  • Strike and load-out by the same crew

From render to real

How does a render become a buildable LED structure?

The hard part isn’t bending panels — it’s translating a beautiful render into something that can be rigged, powered, and assembled on a load-in clock. That translation is the actual product: we take the creative brief, prototype the geometry in our shop, and pre-build before your date, so on-site assembly is fast and predictable instead of an experiment running on venue time.

Flexible modules bend to a defined radius; the processing maps your content across the whole shape so it reads as one continuous surface, not a patchwork of panels. And because a custom shape still has to power on and stay on, every creative build carries the same redundant processing and on-site technician as a straight wall — the geometry is ambitious, the reliability isn’t.

Prototyped before it ships

The shape is built and tested in our shop first — load-in day executes a plan, it doesn’t discover problems.

One surface, not panels

Content is mapped across the full geometry so curves and corners read as a single intentional canvas.

Same reliability as flat

Redundant processing and a technician through the show — custom shape, standard uptime.

What shapes can we actually build?

Curved & Custom LED Walls in Los Angeles — Curved & wrapped
Form

Curved & wrapped

Concave and convex curves, full wraps, and immersive volumes that surround the audience. Flexible modules bend to a radius so the screen follows the architecture instead of fighting it.

  • Immersive wraps & volumes
  • Bends to a defined radius

Structure

Columns, arches & floors

Freestanding LED columns, arch entrances, and walkable LED floors — engineered scenic elements that double as content surfaces and read as part of the build, not bolted on.

The kit behind the shapes.

Flexible modules and creative elements that turn a render into a buildable, riggable environment.

Flexible curve module
Bendable

Flexible curve module

Rubber-spined modules that bend to a defined concave or convex radius, letting the screen sweep around the stage and the sightlines instead of sitting flat behind them.

LED column / totem
Freestanding

LED column / totem

Freestanding content towers and totems engineered as scenic objects — four-sided or wrapped, they read as part of the set, not a screen bolted on.

Walkable LED floor
Load-rated

Walkable LED floor

Anti-slip, load-rated floor tiles that take the weight of performers and talent, mapped with the walls for a fully surrounded, camera-ready stage.

Transparent mesh LED
See-through

Transparent mesh LED

High-transparency mesh that floats graphics in mid-air while the audience sees straight through it — ideal for storefronts, sets, and layered stage looks.

LED ceiling / canopy
Overhead

LED ceiling / canopy

Downward-facing panels rigged overhead to wrap content above the room, turning a flat ceiling into an immersive sky, tunnel, or brand canopy.

Mapping processor
Pixel-mapped

Mapping processor

Processing that maps a single content canvas across curves, columns, and floors at once, so every surface reads as one seamless, intentional image.

Know what you’re asking for

How a wall stops being a rectangle.

Curved, columnar, and custom builds are mostly a geometry and content problem rather than a panel problem. Here’s the vocabulary for shaping a Los Angeles build, so the design you approve is the one that can actually be built. Everything below is prototyped in our LA shop before it ships.

Geometry

Radius

How tight a curve is. Every cabinet type has a minimum radius it can bend to before it fights you.

Ask for it when: As soon as a curve is on the table. The radius decides which panel can build it, and therefore the price.

Panel type

Flexible module

A panel on a bendable backing that can form curves and waves rigid cabinets can’t.

Ask for it when: Organic shapes, tight radii, and wrapping objects. Lower resolution and more expensive per square foot — worth it only where the shape earns it.

Form

Column wrap

Panels wrapped fully around a cylinder so the content has no visible start or end.

Ask for it when: Lobby and activation centrepieces meant to be walked around, where a flat screen has a bad side.

Form

Arch / header

A curved span above an entrance or stage, usually built from a mix of straight and angled sections.

Ask for it when: Entrances, reveals, and stage crowns — where the wall frames something rather than being the thing itself.

Geometry

Corner module

Purpose-made pieces that turn a wall through a hard angle without an ugly join.

Ask for it when: Any L-shape or box build. The corner is where a custom wall visibly succeeds or fails.

Panel type

Transparent LED

Mesh-like panels you can partly see through, so light and sightlines pass behind them.

Ask for it when: Window installs and layered stage looks where a solid wall would block a view or an entrance.

Content

Pixel map

The layout describing where every panel sits in the overall canvas, including the odd-shaped ones.

Ask for it when: Every non-rectangular build. Without it, content lands on the wrong sections — the classic custom-wall failure.

Content

Content warp

Pre-distorting content so it reads correctly once it’s on a curved or angled surface.

Ask for it when: Any curve. Flat content on a curved wall looks stretched at the edges unless it’s been mapped for the shape.

Structure

Bespoke sub-frame

Custom-fabricated structure holding a shape the standard rigging kit doesn’t support.

Ask for it when: Genuinely one-off geometry. It’s designed and built alongside the wall, not sourced from a catalogue.

Process

Shop pre-build

Assembling the full shape in our shop first, powering it up, and mapping content to it.

Ask for it when: Every custom build. The point is that the first time the geometry is attempted is not on your show floor.

Build quality

Seam tolerance

How cleanly panels meet along a curve, where small errors compound around the arc.

Ask for it when: Curved builds especially. It’s the difference between a smooth surface and a faceted one.

Pricing, straight

What moves the price on a custom build?

The honest answer to “what does a custom shape cost”: it depends on these five things — and we’ll price each one on the render, itemized, so the trade-offs are yours to dial.

Shape complexity

Curves, corners, and floating pieces need custom sub-structure and mapping time a flat wall doesn’t.

Pitch on curves

Tight radii need narrower fine-pitch panels to read smooth — the curve itself can move the pitch spec.

Floor vs. wall

Floor panels are load-rated to be walked on and cost more per square foot than wall product.

Content mapping

Custom shapes need per-face pixel maps and a render pass so the content lands where the designer meant it.

Shop pre-build

We dry-fit custom builds in the shop first — it costs shop hours and saves show days.

Send the render or the napkin sketch — we’ll come back with a feasibility read and an itemized price for the exact shape.

The reliability question

What goes wrong on custom builds — and how do we prevent it?

The “curve” reads as flat segments

The radius is planned to the panel geometry and pre-built in the shop before it ships.

Content stretches and tears at the seams

Per-face pixel mapping, checked on the real build — not on a simulator the night before.

The custom build eats the load-in window

Dry-fit in our shop first, so on-site is assembly, not invention.
