If a line item matters to your show, it’s on the page you approve — not on an invoice you didn’t see coming. You’re not renting a screen; you’re getting an outcome — the wall arrives with the person who makes it work, and that person doesn’t leave until the truck does.
Sizing, answered
We size the wall from your room, not from a price list. On the site walk we measure the thing that actually matters — how far away your farthest guest sits — then work backward: the wall must read clearly from the back row, sit in proportion to your stage instead of swallowing it, and leave budget for the rest of the show.
Bigger is not better. An oversized wall dwarfs your presenters and spends money that should have gone to lighting or audio; an undersized one makes a flagship event feel like a breakout session. There’s a correct size for your specific room — after 500+ companies’ worth of events we can usually call it within a foot, then we confirm it standing in your venue, not over the phone.
The back row has to follow every word and every graphic — that distance sets the minimum size.

Types of LED walls
The ballroom and keynote workhorse. Fine-pitch panels that stay seamless with the front row close and the IMAG lens closer, with contrast that keeps blacks black under stage light. Best for corporate flagships, general sessions, award shows, and broadcast.
Built to beat the sun. High-brightness panels that stay vivid in direct daylight and auto-dim after dark, on weather-rated, engineered structure that takes wind seriously. Best for festivals, premieres, and outdoor activations.
When a flat rectangle isn’t the idea: curves, columns, arches, and full wraps, pre-built in our LA shop and content-mapped per face so the design lands exactly as rendered. Best for product launches, brand experiences, and fashion.
Festival-mains and arena-scale spans measured in tens of feet, where the wall is the venue’s focal point. At this scale the panels are the easy part — the engineering, power, and redundancy behind them are what you’re actually hiring. Best for concerts, stadium activations, and city-scale brand moments.
The gear on the truck

High-contrast cabinets at 1.9–2.6mm pitch, built for keynotes, IMAG, and broadcast. Seamless tiling and broadcast-grade color hold the image razor sharp from the front row all the way to the camera lens.
Daylight-readable cabinets pushing 5,000+ nits with auto-dimming for night. Weather-sealed and rated for the elements so the picture stays punchy with the doors wide open and the sun overhead.
Fast-assembly modules that lock together flat or bend to a defined radius — the building blocks for the curves, columns, arches, and shapes a flat rectangle simply can’t make.
Broadcast-grade scaling and color management with a mirrored backup on every wall. If a path drops mid-show, processing fails over instantly and the audience never sees a frame of it.
Pro media-server playback drives the wall frame-accurately, with your content pre-loaded and checked. A mirrored backup server stands ready so a clip never stutters on the big screen.
Engineered hanging bars, bumpers, and ground stacks that fly the wall safely and keep it dead flat. Load-rated and signed off before a single panel ever goes up.
Know what you’re asking for
Every LED bid turns on four or five numbers, and if the words are unfamiliar it’s impossible to tell whether two quotes are even for the same wall. Here’s the language, so you can read a Los Angeles quote properly. Everything below is gear we own and power up in our shop the day before it ships.
The distance in millimetres between the centre of one LED and the next. Smaller number, finer image.
Ask for it when: It’s the first number any quote turns on — and it’s set by how close your nearest viewer and tightest camera lens sit, not by how big the wall is.
The modular unit walls are built from, usually around 500mm square, locked together into whatever size you need.
Ask for it when: When you’re sizing a wall. Dimensions come in cabinet increments, so a wall is “six by four cabinets” before it’s feet and inches.
The brightness measurement. Indoor panels sit around 1,000–1,500; daylight-readable outdoor panels start around 5,000.
Ask for it when: Any time the wall competes with sunlight or a bright room. An indoor panel taken outside doesn’t look dim — it looks blank.
The box that scales your content to the wall’s exact pixel dimensions and manages its colour.
Ask for it when: On every wall. The question worth asking is whether a second one runs mirrored as a hot backup — that’s the difference between a glitch and a dead screen.
The machine that plays your content to the wall frame-accurately, with everything pre-loaded and checked.
Ask for it when: Any show with cues, multiple clips, or content that has to land on a beat. A laptop running slides is not a media server.
Flown means hung from the ceiling on motors; ground-stacked means built up from the floor on its own structure.
Ask for it when: Decide early — it changes the price, the sightlines, and the floor space you lose. Not every venue will let you fly.
The engineered bar a wall hangs from, holding it dead flat and spreading load across the rigging points.
Ask for it when: Every flown wall. It’s the thing the load calculation is actually calculated on.
Free-standing towers and goalpost spans holding the wall up where there’s nothing to hang from.
Ask for it when: Venues without rigging, outdoor sites, and any ceiling that won’t take the load. It occupies real floor space, so plan the footprint.
Image magnification — a live camera feed of the stage, so the back of the room can see faces.
Ask for it when: Any room deeper than roughly fifty feet. Without it, half your audience watches people the size of a thumbnail.
The exact pixel dimensions of your finished wall, which your content has to be built to.
Ask for it when: Ask for it the moment the wall size is locked. Content built to the wrong canvas gets stretched, letterboxed, or cropped.
How many times per second the panel redraws. Low refresh looks fine to the eye and bands on camera.
Ask for it when: Anything filmed or streamed. It’s why a wall that looked perfect in the room shows scan lines in the edit.
Spare cabinets and processing travelling with the wall, ready to swap in.
Ask for it when: Always ask. A wall with no spares on site is a wall with a single point of failure.
Looped data and split power feeds, so one cable or circuit failing doesn’t take a section dark.
Ask for it when: Any show that matters. It costs very little and prevents the most visible kind of failure.
The join between cabinets. On a well-built wall it disappears; on a badly aligned one you see a grid.
Ask for it when: Worth asking how flat the finished wall will be. Seams are a build-quality question, not a panel-spec one.

Indoors, the enemy is distance and the camera. Outdoors, it’s the sun and the wind. Same crew, same standard, different physics — and we tell you honestly which build your event needs.
Pricing, straight
The same 16×9 screen can cost $5,000 in one venue and $25,000 in another — and that gap is real, but it’s rarely the panels. It’s what the venue demands, what the schedule demands, and what reliability demands. Cheaper quotes get cheaper by quietly deleting exactly those lines — the invisible ones that decide whether your show survives its worst moment.
Rated rigging points and motors in one room; ground support and ballast in another. The building sets this line, not the vendor.
An overnight load-in or a 90-minute turn costs more than an easy afternoon — the crew count follows your window.
