02

We don’t just drop off equipment — we engineer the full experience. Our crew manages design, setup, programming, and teardown so you never lift a finger.

03

Trusted by Global Icons

Our LED production has powered experiences for Netflix, Universal, Adidas, Hilton, and more. When top brands need show-stopping visuals, they call us.

04

Transparent, Upfront Pricing

No surprise fees. No fine print. Just clear quotes with flexible packages that scale to your event and budget. LED wall rentals typically start at $5,000.

How we work

Quote. Site walk. Build. Show.

A process built so nothing is left to chance between the booking and the strike.

Quote

Tell us the venue, the date, and the scope. We come back fast with a clear, itemized quote — no guesswork, no padding.

Site Walk

We walk the venue or the plans — power, rigging points, sightlines, load-in paths. The spec on paper matches what shows up.

Build

Every wall and rig is tested in our shop before it leaves. We deliver, rig, and program ahead of doors — never against the clock.

Show

A dedicated tech stays on-site for the full run of show — content, redundancy, real-time fixes. We stay through strike.

The photos outlive the party. Light for them.

Every decision at a wedding eventually becomes a photograph — and lighting decides how those photographs look. Uplighting tuned to your actual palette instead of “close enough,” pinspots that make the florals and cake glow instead of disappearing into a dim room, and a first-dance look your photographer will thank us for. We design it with your planner, set it before guests arrive, and run it quietly all night.

Included as standard

  • Delivery, rigging, and clean cable management
  • Redundant processing and power on critical systems
  • An on-site tech for the full run of show
  • A real rehearsal before doors — never against the clock
  • Strike and load-out by the same crew

The big day, answered

How much lighting does a wedding actually need?

Less than you fear — in exactly the right places. Most weddings need four things: soft light on the ceremony so the photographer never fights the room, uplighting that sets the reception in your real palette, pinspots that make the florals and cake glow instead of vanishing into a dim ballroom, and one first-dance look built like a show moment. Everything beyond that has to earn its place, and we’ll tell you honestly what doesn’t.

The organizing principle is simple: the photos outlive the party. Color gets matched to your actual swatches and checked through a camera before guests arrive, the design gets coordinated with your planner and photographer before the day, and a tech runs it quietly from setup through the last dance — shifting the room as daylight fades so there’s never an awkward hour.

Four moments, done right

Ceremony, reception, details, first dance — the design concentrates where the album lives.

Your palette, verified

Colors matched to real swatches and checked on camera — “blush” reads blush in the photos.

A crew you won’t notice

Set before guests arrive, adjusted quietly all night, struck without drama.

How does lighting carry a wedding day?

Wedding Lighting in Los Angeles — Ceremony & vows
Ceremony

Ceremony & vows

Soft, even light on the two of you at the altar or arch — bright enough for the photographer to work without flash, gentle enough that nobody notices the fixtures. Indoor chapels, hotel ballrooms, or golden-hour backyards: we light the moment without intruding on it.

  • Flattering light on the couple
  • No flash needed at the altar
  • Fixtures out of the frame
Wedding Lighting in Los Angeles — Reception & dinner
Reception

Reception & dinner

Uplighting washes the room in your exact colors, pinspots pull the centerpieces, cake, and sweetheart table out of the dim, and the whole room photographs the way it looked in your head. This is the difference between a venue and your venue.

  • Uplighting in your exact palette
  • Pinspots on every detail
  • The room reads warm on camera
Wedding Lighting in Los Angeles — First dance & the party
Dance floor

First dance & the party

A first-dance look built like a show moment — the room falls away, the two of you are lit like the point of the whole day — then the floor opens up with color and movement that gets people out of their chairs without turning the reception into a nightclub. Unless you want the nightclub.

  • A first dance lit like a show
  • Party looks, tastefully dialed
  • Energy without the cheese

Know what you’re asking for

What actually makes a room look like the photos.

Wedding lighting is mostly four or five decisions, and the vocabulary is the barrier to making them. Here’s the language, so you can brief your Los Angeles venue and planner precisely instead of sending a mood board and hoping. Every piece below is something we own, hang, and run ourselves — no brokered sub-rentals arriving the week of your show.

Room

Uplighting

Fixtures on the floor washing walls, columns, and drape in your colour.

Ask for it when: The single highest-impact thing you can do to a plain room. It’s what makes a hotel ballroom stop looking like a hotel ballroom.

No cable

Wireless uplight

A battery-powered uplight with no cable run at all.

Ask for it when: Historic venues that won’t allow cable taped to floors, tented lawns, and anywhere a cable would cross a guest path.

Accent

Pinspot

A tight beam dropped onto one object from above or across the room.

Ask for it when: Centrepieces, the cake, and the escort card table — the details you paid for and would otherwise lose once the room dims.

Pattern

Monogram gobo

Your initials, date, or crest cut into a pattern and projected onto a wall or dance floor.

Ask for it when: When you want a personal mark on the room that doesn’t involve printing and hanging anything.

Moment

First-dance special

A dedicated look — usually a soft pool of light with the room dropped around it — cued for the first dance.

Ask for it when: Always worth it. It’s the most photographed three minutes of the night and general room light flattens it.

Coverage

Dance-floor wash

Colour and movement over the dance floor specifically, separate from the dinner look.

Ask for it when: When the night has two moods. The lighting is how the room tells guests dinner is over.

Ambience

Bistro / festoon string

Strung warm bulbs overhead, indoors or across a tent or terrace.

Ask for it when: Outdoor dinners and tents. It gives a ceiling to a space that doesn’t have one.

Quality

Warm dimming

Fixtures that go warmer as they dim, the way a candle or tungsten lamp does, instead of staying clinically white.

Ask for it when: Any candlelit or romantic look. It’s the difference between "dim" and "warm", and most people can see it without knowing why.

Architecture

Perimeter wash

Light picking out the room’s architecture — beams, arches, a fireplace, a tree line.

Ask for it when: Venues you chose for the building. Uplighting colours the walls; this is what shows the shape.

Atmosphere

Light haze

A very light atmospheric layer so beams over the dance floor are visible.

Ask for it when: Only if you want visible beams. Needs venue and fire-panel approval, and some venues simply say no — worth asking before you plan around it.

Effect

Cold sparks

A cool-burning fountain effect that looks like fireworks and is safe indoors.

Ask for it when: Entrances and first dances. Venue approval is required and not universal, so confirm before it’s in the run-of-show.

Pricing, explained

What moves the price.

Wedding lighting quotes vary on five things, and none of them are the fixtures themselves.

Room size & count

Uplighting is priced per fixture, and a room’s perimeter — not its guest count — decides how many it takes.

Power & cable runs

Historic venues and tents often need battery fixtures or a generator, which is a different number from plugging into a wall.

Rigging access

Pinspots and dance-floor looks need height. A venue with no rigging means bringing structure, and that is its own line.

Custom elements

A monogram gobo is cut to your artwork; cold sparks and haze need venue approval before they can be quoted at all.

Coverage hours

A tech staying through the reception to run the transitions costs more than a set-and-leave install — and looks entirely different.

Tell us the venue and the timeline. You’ll get an itemized number, not a package tier.

The day-of question

What goes wrong at weddings — and how do we prevent it?

The uplighting is “blush” but reads orange in photos

Colors are matched to your actual swatches and checked through a camera before guests arrive — not picked from a preset list.

The room goes dark the second the sun sets

The design plans the daylight transition — looks shift with the evening so the room never has an awkward hour.

A vendor no-shows on the one unrepeatable day

A dedicated tech is on-site from setup through the last dance, with backup fixtures on the truck — weddings get the same redundancy as broadcast.

The lighting fights the photographer

We talk to your photographer before the day and light for their shot list — the album is the deliverable.

FAQ

Questions producers ask.

Everything you need to know about putting your show in our hands. Can’t find your answer here?

Usually four things: soft light on the ceremony, uplighting that sets the reception’s palette, pinspots on the florals and cake so the details read, and a first-dance look built for the photos. We design around your venue and skip anything that doesn’t earn its place.
