Why Us

Why Las Vegas producers choose Space Productions

01

10+ Years, 500+ Events

Vegas punishes vendors who don’t know the house rules — rigging that has to go through the venue, docks that run on marshalling-yard schedules, labor calls that must be booked right. We build those realities into the plan and the price on day one.

02

White-Glove, Start to Finish

We don’t just drop off equipment — we engineer the full experience. Our crew manages design, setup, programming, and teardown so you never lift a finger.

03

Trusted by Global Icons

Our LED production has powered experiences for Netflix, Universal, Adidas, Hilton, and more. When top brands need show-stopping visuals, they call us.

04

Transparent, Upfront Pricing

No surprise fees. No fine print. Just clear quotes with flexible packages that scale to your event and budget. LED wall rentals typically start at $5,000.

How we work

Quote. Site walk. Build. Show.

A process built so nothing is left to chance between the booking and the strike.

Quote

Tell us the venue, the date, and the scope. We come back fast with a clear, itemized quote — no guesswork, no padding.

Site Walk

We walk the venue or the plans — power, rigging points, sightlines, load-in paths. The spec on paper matches what shows up.

Build

Every wall and rig is tested in our shop before it leaves. We deliver, rig, and program ahead of doors — never against the clock.

Show

A dedicated tech stays on-site for the full run of show — content, redundancy, real-time fixes. We stay through strike.

The one week your stream matters most is the week the building’s network is carrying fifty thousand other people.

Las Vegas venues can absolutely deliver broadcast-grade connectivity — but only if it is ordered as a dedicated circuit, in advance, as a line item. The failure mode we get called about is a team that assumed the exhibitor wifi would hold, on a week when it had no chance.

Included as standard

  • Delivery, rigging, and clean cable management
  • Redundant processing and power on critical systems
  • An on-site tech for the full run of show
  • A real rehearsal before doors — never against the clock
  • Strike and load-out by the same crew

Las Vegas, NV

What changes about streaming a show in Las Vegas.

Bandwidth is a procurement problem before it is a technical one. The convention centre and the resort properties sell dedicated, hard-wired circuits with committed throughput, ordered ahead through the in-house provider. We specify and order it, then test it days before the show — and we still run bonded cellular as a hot failover, because during a major convention the building is at its most congested exactly when your session goes live.

IMAG is usually part of the ask. Convention general sessions are wide rooms where most of the audience is watching a screen rather than the stage, so the camera package and the LED wall are one system: cameras cut for the room and the stream simultaneously, with the switch and the encode handled by people who are talking to each other.

And the schedule is union-governed like everything else. Camera positions, cable runs, and the FOH footprint are all part of the plot that gets approved and called, so they are planned into the drawing set rather than added on the day — which is when a last-minute camera position becomes an expensive one.

A dedicated circuit, ordered and proven

Committed venue bandwidth specified and ordered ahead, then tested days before doors — never exhibitor wifi.

Bonded cellular running hot

A second path live throughout, because the building is most congested exactly when your session is.

Cameras in the approved plot

Positions, cable runs, and FOH footprint drawn into the plan so nothing needs adding on a union clock.

Capture · Encode · Run

What does broadcast-grade actually include?

Live Streaming & Broadcast in Las Vegas — Multi-camera & IMAG
Capture

Multi-camera & IMAG

Multiple cameras cut live to big-screen IMAG in the room and to the stream at once — so the in-person audience and the remote audience both get a directed, broadcast-quality show.

  • Multi-camera, live-cut
  • IMAG to the room
  • One directed show, two audiences
Live Streaming & Broadcast in Las Vegas — Redundant to the stream
Encode

Redundant to the stream

Broadcast-grade encoding with backup encoders and bonded connectivity to your platform of choice — redundancy on the path that, if it fails, takes the whole remote event with it.

  • Broadcast-grade encoders
  • Backup encode + bonded uplink
  • Streams to your platform
Live Streaming & Broadcast in Las Vegas — Directed & teched
Run

Directed & teched

A director and crew call the show live — switching, graphics, and lower-thirds — while a tech watches the encode and the room, so problems get solved before either audience notices.

  • Live director & switching
  • Graphics & lower-thirds
  • Encode monitored throughout

The gear on the truck

What carries the feed.

A directed multi-camera package and a redundant encode path — backup at every stage a failure could take down the stream.

Broadcast camera
Multi-cam

Broadcast camera

Broadcast and cinema cameras on pedestals, jibs, and PTZ mounts, cut live to IMAG and the stream for a directed, multi-angle show — not a static webcam.

Vision switcher
Live-cut

Vision switcher

A production switcher where a director cuts cameras, playback, and graphics live, keeping the in-room screens and the outbound feed locked together.

Redundant encoder
Broadcast-grade

Redundant encoder

Broadcast-grade encoders with a hot backup, so the single point that would take the whole remote audience down simply can’t.

Bonded uplink
Resilient

Bonded uplink

Bonded cellular and hardline connectivity that aggregates multiple paths into one resilient uplink to your platform, monitored throughout the show.

Graphics & lower-thirds
On-brand

Graphics & lower-thirds

A live graphics system for lower-thirds, titles, and branded frames, so the stream looks like a produced broadcast instead of a slideshow.

Comms & intercom
Crew sync

Comms & intercom

Wired and wireless intercom that keeps the director, camera ops, and stage crew on the same count, so every cut and cue lands clean.

Pricing, explained

What moves the price.

Your homework and ours, priced honestly. This is what moves a broadcast quote.

Camera count & class

Two cameras make a program; three make a show. Broadcast glass costs more than a webcam for a reason your viewers can see.

Redundant encoding & uplink

A second encoder on a separate path — the line item that exists so nobody ever notices it worked.

Graphics, records & ISO feeds

Lower-thirds, full-res slides in the program, session records, and per-camera ISOs for the edit.

Platform & rehearsal

We rehearse the stream, not just the stage — venue bandwidth tested in advance, platform checked end-to-end.

Crew

Director, TD, and shader for the show; the stream gets the same operator discipline as the room.

Tell us the platform, the audience size, and the venue — we’ll quote the whole chain itemized, camera to CDN.

The no-second-take question

What goes wrong on a stream — and how do we prevent it?

The stream drops mid-keynote

Redundant encoders on separate network paths — the audience never knows one failed.

Remote viewers can’t read the slides

The program feed mixes IMAG with full-resolution graphics — not a camera pointed at a screen.

The venue’s internet chokes at showtime

Bandwidth is tested in advance and bonded backup rides on the truck.

The stream sounds like a mic in a big room

The broadcast gets its own dedicated audio mix, separate from the house PA — the recording is usable the morning after.

FAQ

Questions producers ask.

Everything you need to know about putting your show in our hands. Can’t find your answer here?

A single-camera webcast with a switcher and an operator starts in the low four figures. A multi-camera convention general session with IMAG and redundant encoding runs into five. The dedicated venue circuit is quoted separately, because ordering committed bandwidth in a Las Vegas venue is a real and often surprising cost.
