Who we hire
The people a show runs on.
LED Technicians
Build, map, and run fine-pitch and high-bright walls — content load, processing, and live fixes through strike.
Riggers
Engineer and fly load-rated points, motors, and truss. Certified, careful, and calm with weight overhead.
Show Callers
Run the cue stack to the script — lights, video, audio, and stage in sync, on the beat, every time.
Stage & Scenic Carpenters
Fabricate decks, headers, and branded set pieces in our shop, then install and strike them on-site.
Audio Engineers
Tune a line-array to the room and mix it live — clean speech, full-range music, no hotspot at the desk.
Lighting Programmers
Design and pre-program looks on a pro console, then run them live so every cue lands camera-ready.
What we look for.
- You own the outcome — you don’t hand off a problem, you close it.
- You stay calm in the 90-minutes-to-doors crunch.
- You hold a tour-grade standard whether or not anyone’s watching.
- You stay through strike — the show isn’t over until the truck is loaded.
